“Bought replacement wheels for a suitcase. Website is very clear with all relevant measurements. It even suggested the correct starlock clips when I started the order process, which it turns out I needed as well. Order arrived within a few days, and everything was as expected. Handling and shipping could be a bit cheaper, but overall satisfied.”

“I needed a new castor for an electric recliner, contact the manufacturer & the supplier - both useless! Googled & googled & found Ross castors - boy what a relief, got the exact model for my chair so I was well pleased. I would have given "Very Good" but TBH I thought the £6 for shipping was well over the top & almost doubled the bill! A cheaper yet slower option would have been useful, else time to review the shipping prices?”

“The wheels came very quickly, the next day I think. I was delighted. One small comment, the plastic wheels had a casting point, presumably where the plastic had been injected into the mould. This was a bit rough so the wheels clicked slightly. I sanded it off so it was easily fixed but I would have preferred it to be better finished off.”

“I needed some rubber "feet" to put on a 5mm diameter rod. Web site appeared informative to begin with but I still couldn't work out what to order as the sizes appeared to be external measures, not internal. I made contact via email and was referred to the page on the web site that I'd already visited. In the end I ordered 3 different size items in the hope that one would fit, which it did. As the price per item was around 50p it was worth ordering a selection as the minimum shipping costs were very high and I didn't want to pay for another order with the high shipping costs.”

“Good product, good service, big drawback to using them. I ordered adjustable feet and inserts. Delivery was very fast (next day although I had only paid normal "two-day delivery". However, although I haven't asked for it, and always ask not to receive any marketing email, I am receiving junk email from Ross Castors. It is the only negative I found to their service. But for me it is a very big one.”

“The service and dispatch times were excellent. Unfortunately the photo and specifications on the site did not accurately reflect the wheels dimensions. Therefore the wheel was not suitable for the application.”

“I had to return a product as I had ordered incorrectly, and help desk was fine. But the postage is stupid ..6.00 for item that weighed 150 grams. I sent the item back by royal mail first class for 93 pence a rip off. Jim Allard”
