“very good as usual. I did try to get on-line chat advice which unfortunately didn't happen. (I waited nearly half an hour for a response but had to give up - I guess they were busy!)”

“Good product next day delivery at a sensible price not at all a bad website. I didn't receive an email with tracking number but Ross responded quickly to send me that and assured me it had been sent, suggesting it might be in a junk folder but if it is I can't find it.”

“Product exactly as described. Easy to order and quick to arrive. Postage costs somewhat steep at over twice the price of the actual product (mine was a single castor order).”

“Bought replacement wheels for a suitcase. Website is very clear with all relevant measurements. It even suggested the correct starlock clips when I started the order process, which it turns out I needed as well. Order arrived within a few days, and everything was as expected. Handling and shipping could be a bit cheaper, but overall satisfied.”

“I needed a new castor for an electric recliner, contact the manufacturer & the supplier - both useless! Googled & googled & found Ross castors - boy what a relief, got the exact model for my chair so I was well pleased. I would have given "Very Good" but TBH I thought the £6 for shipping was well over the top & almost doubled the bill! A cheaper yet slower option would have been useful, else time to review the shipping prices?”
