“I thought the components I bought were a little expensive, but I was only buying a small quantity, and the price drops if more are bought. What really made it an expensive exercise was the vat and postage charges. To be honest, if I had not been so desperate to get these parts, I would have bought elsewhere. John.”

“The service and delivery were excellent. What I missed were instructions on fitting the metal inserts that I bought. The inset diameter was given as 11.5 mm but I needed a 12 mm drill for the hole to screw into but also a 14mm drill for a hole to start entering the insert. These non normal drills were cheap to buy but it would have been useful to be able to buy them at the same time as the inserts”

“prices were competitive, but webpage was a little difficult to handle, a simple hierarchical structure to get to the parrts required would be easier, basicall all we need to know is the discription spec of the goods price and availability then the methods of payment in the simpliest quickest format”
