“some delay with delivery but apologies and postage refund received. Wheels excellent quality and follow up order for accessories delivered speedily. All I wanted in this product”

“The delivery of goods was of a good and high standard, but, to return the goods & subsequent refunding of money needs a review. It requires to be made quite clear how the return of money, is to be repaid, in my case, it appeared that a credit note was the only option, but on a telephone call on my behalf, and a further mail from Ross, it was eventually resolved, and the money refunded to my account. If it had not been for the refund I would have ticked "Very Good"”

“Everything was just fine in terms of quality, delivery etc. Issues: I never got e-mails as promised (by phone) and STILL don't have an invoice! PLEASE SEND ME ONE. The one-size-fits-all delivery charge of £6 (+VAT? - don't know as I have no invoice) is far too high for the very small order that was shipped.”

“Efficient and problem free. My product (4 rubber chair leg covers to stop chair slipping) I thought was expensive but size was slightly larger than usual so may be that explains it. Anyway they did the job!”

“Service and delivery very good, quality not bad but they have a lot of play on the ball race so wheel is a bit sloppy. Hence only 4 stars, having said that the price is reasonably.”

“Good site found what i needed processed quickly and arrived on time. Only slight criticism is that no name was on the packaging (did put it on the form) and i was having it delivered to a friend. The MD opened the package and luckily she was within earshot and was able to claim the wheels.”
