“Service very good, castors always dispatched same day and arrive on time. Website not the greatest, search tool almost useless as the parameters are too rigidly defined. Dont always seem to be able to get back to your original page after adding to the cart. But these are irritations - the basic service and quality of the product is good.”

“I found it hard to understand when I purchased the previous set of wheels that I paid £1.54 for steel inserts and this time I paid the same for Plastic. Not what I expected from a company which has a good reputation.”

“I found the website reasonably easy to use, the checkout process was very easy to use and the speed of delivery was good. On the occassion that I used this company the invoice system was faulty and when I recieved my invoice by PDF it came through as half an invoice. I am still waiting for this to be corrected. I would however recommend using this company.”

“Very fast delivery. Website very easy to use with good pictures. Only reason I didn't give five stars is I found the technical drawings to be inaccurate - but the photos are so clear I was sure I was getting the right product.”

“Wheel, inner tube and tyre combination came quickly, but the tyre does not seem to be very good quality as it has a bulge at one point although this does not seem to affect the rolling of the wheelbarrow.”

“The ordering process was very easy and straightforward. The confirmation came quickly as did the package - even without requesting any special delivery. The only issue was that my name wasnt on the address label of the package so our post room had to open it to find the delivery note inside (which did have my name on). Could be a problem if you are part of a large organisation - which I am.”

“Easy to use web site, found exactly what we required at a sensible price. Delivery was very quick but extremely expensive at £7.20. We could have sent the items 1st class Royal Mail for £3.00 plus the price of a Jiffy bag!”
