“Having been prompted online to add the fixings bolts and washers to our castor order I pressed the "accept" button assuming enough would be sent to fix all four castors but only two sets were ordered/sent. Bit of a pain and maybe this area of the website needs a bit of attention for dummies like me who aren't sure whats needed”

“I was buying very small castors to the value of just over £7. When I went to the checkout I was surprised to be quoted a delivery charge of £22! I contacted Ross Castors by telephone and they said it was because their (only) delivery company (Fedex) charged extra for deliveries to N.Ireland. They initially said they had no other means to get the castors to me but said they would look at the possibility of posting them by Royal Mail. In the end they agreed this course of action and I paid a delivery charge of £6 (although the package arrived with only 3 X £1 stamps on it). I don't understand why they restrict themselves to delivery by Fedex. However, overall I found the company helpful in finding a way round this restriction and the correct goods were delivered promptly by post.”

“Items just as described and delivered promptly - the only comment that I would make is that either prices should include VAT or it should be clear (ie a note against each price) that they do not and it will be added”

“The wheel barrow wheel and roller bearing purchased is exactly as described and delivery was as prompt as promised. The only drawback is; the bearing diameter was wider than my wheelbarrow axle but the website offered no adapter reduction tube of dimension matching that of the wheel's roller bearing.”
