“Order was dealt with smoothly and tyres arrived next day, well ahead of the expected schedule. Tyres were badly compressed (probably during delivery) and needed tubes fitting to get them inflated but seem fine once on.”

“One steel rimmed wheelbarrow rim with tyre fitted and bought with its Chillington axle kit. received two days later well packaged and correct. A needle bearing axle would have been preferred rather than the plain plastic type Chillington barrows specify. You have to buy a Trallfa 120 barrow to achieve that.”

“Order number 100138454 placed Fri 6 August expecting delivery by Tue 10 August. Called Ross Castors on Wed 11 August, spoke to "Tim" who said order had not been processed on time and arranged for despatch on Thur 12 August for delivery on Fri 13 August, and offered 10% discount. Goods did not arrive, spoke to Ross Fitzpatrick on Mon 16 August, who described problems with FedEx and arranged a second shipment. After pushing FedEx into a proper investigation both shipments eventually arrived on Thur 19 August. So 3 stars for not processing the order on time but 5 stars for offering second shipment.”

“I ordered the puncture-proof wheels 'cos loads of thorns in the garden and kept getting puncture in Pneumatic wheelbarrow wheels. Order took a while to come but I was kept in touch with delays in delivery. Now arrived and fitted:-just the job: no more punctures! Thanks!!”

“There was a delay in supplying my requirements, as goods had to be obtained from another supplier, which was not explained to me at the point of order. However, I was kept informed of progress, and had no difficulty getting information form Ross Castors about the situation, which was finally resolved by satisfactory delivery.”
