“Had Problem with ride on mower tyres this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Would use again as you can talk to real person and delivery was quick.”

“Order number 100138454 placed Fri 6 August expecting delivery by Tue 10 August. Called Ross Castors on Wed 11 August, spoke to "Tim" who said order had not been processed on time and arranged for despatch on Thur 12 August for delivery on Fri 13 August, and offered 10% discount. Goods did not arrive, spoke to Ross Fitzpatrick on Mon 16 August, who described problems with FedEx and arranged a second shipment. After pushing FedEx into a proper investigation both shipments eventually arrived on Thur 19 August. So 3 stars for not processing the order on time but 5 stars for offering second shipment.”

“The wheels I originally ordered were out of stock, but Ross Castors rang me and agreed a suitable substitute which was delivered fast and is good quality.”

“I ordered the puncture-proof wheels 'cos loads of thorns in the garden and kept getting puncture in Pneumatic wheelbarrow wheels. Order took a while to come but I was kept in touch with delays in delivery. Now arrived and fitted:-just the job: no more punctures! Thanks!!”

“There was a delay in supplying my requirements, as goods had to be obtained from another supplier, which was not explained to me at the point of order. However, I was kept informed of progress, and had no difficulty getting information form Ross Castors about the situation, which was finally resolved by satisfactory delivery.”

“Easy website and good range of products. The industrial chair shifter/trolley was delivered by courier to wrong location and the packaging was just polythene wrapping, resulting in some paint damage. These are problems the manufacturer should fix with his courier.”

“Brilliant castors very sturdy an strong but very quiet. Little frustrated that second order was delayed but assume that was out of their hands. Used them for a heavy sewing cutting table...brilliant.”

“The shopping experience on the website and shipping of ROSS were good. However, the brass casters we ordered ( 4 packs of 4 ) did not help the situation of moving our super king bed on carpet. Though the bed base wheels fit into the casters well, the bed did not "slide" on the carpet any easier at all, and most of the wheels just came off/out of the casters ( even though they did seem to fit into them deep enough). The casters themselves seem of good quality. Perhaps we will be able to use them for something else in the future, but they were not suited at all for what we needed to do with them.”
