“Having only received the castors and fitted some of them and found they work very well and are better operationally than the originals, durability cannot be ascertained as yet. The Delivery was very good as was the price”

“Product was good except a change of fitted axle. The nylon locking nuts were not easy to find (except in quantities of 50!). It would have been very helpful to have had the correct nuts supplied with it.”

“having received the brass castor carpet protectors the fitting was not easy. if the unit moved the wheel came out this item does not do the function as expected they are now used as an ornament”

“Paid extra for 2 day delivery to Ireland which was delivered 2 days late. The shipping was more expensive than the item I was purchasing - overall Ross were good and had the exact item I needed but I would suggest getting a more reliable shipping agent”
