“Paid extra for 2 day delivery to Ireland which was delivered 2 days late. The shipping was more expensive than the item I was purchasing - overall Ross were good and had the exact item I needed but I would suggest getting a more reliable shipping agent”

“Photo's of products need to be clearer, i.e. Needed wheel post for square alloy tube, and the wheels also, just the fixings came because the description and photo's were unclear. On the best side, I asked for help via E-mail and received it very swiftly the wheels were sentin very good time and the project completed, it's nice when people help!”

“Ross castors have a great inventory. UNfortunately I bought some castors which were not quite the same as depicted, so I am going back to exchange. I called Ross castors, they said they would send a photo of the next stock item to be sure it is what it says on website.”

“Excellent choice of stock, great website, good detail of items including measurements. Missed out on 5th star because of postage price. My postage was twice as much as the product I bought. Hermes could do the postage at half the price, including tracking. It nearly put me off the purchase. Otherwise excellent service.”
