“Replacement solid wheels saved my 16 year old haemmerlin wheelbarrow from extinction, bodywork great old pneumatic wheels not available, prefer if didn’t use DPD for delivery but Ross good”

“It was all very good except that I was promised delivery on a Monday (around 11 am) which I prepared for and it was quite by chance that I met the delivery driver while posting a letter on Friday morning. I had not at this stage seen your subsequent email advising me of the new arrangement. I am very pleased with the wheel as I had had doubts about being able to fit it to an oldish barrow.”

“The products I ordered from Ross were of high quality and reasonably priced. Unfortunately two items were missing from the first shipment. This may have been due to stock non availability but this was not stated on the accompanying paperwork. I emailed Ross and the outstanding items were dispatched to me the following week, but with no explanation of why they were missing from the original shipment.”

“Ordered a couple of castors. Great price and arrived next day. Sadly they were two difference sizes but after a quick email 2 identical castors arrived the very next morning. We can all make mistakes but it’s how we deal with them that counts. Without the error with the first order I’d have gone for 5 stars!”

“My sister arrived with her festival trolley which had a perished tyre and tube. Got both from Ross with a very fast delivery. Good service. Would have been five stars, but the postage cost almost doubled the product cost.”

“Very good. I acquired a set of 4 screw brass castors with rubber tyres originally to fit onto an ordinary chair. After a while, one broke but I ordered 2 more and the replacement seems to be fine. A very nice product and service was very good.”
