“Ordered a castor for a chair - got a castor for a chair - the same one I ordered. Perhaps you could supply them with a washer and a nut but otherwise a good prompt service. Thank you”

“Ordered six castors and two new sockets to replace damaged matching ones on a settee and add a couple more for strength. Prices seemed very reasonable, ordering was easy, delivery rapid and fitting not difficult. Result seems good, but only the long term will tell whether 5 stars rather than the 4 I gave were deserved.”

“Castors were delivered and were of the quality expected. The only issue I had was that the postage was quite excessive as I was charged to ship to the "Highlands" even though I live in the North East of Scotland. Most other shippers charge normal postage or deliver free.”
