“Price, de;I dry and ordering were absolutely fine but the product was not the same as that advertised. I ordered vintage cast swivel wheels which wee photographed as the unfinished steel. When they arrived the wheels were painted black”

“They delivered timely but I was promised some 3/4" no 8 countersunk screws in packs of four was expecting them upon delivery of the package but they never arrived”

“Items were ordered as ex-stock but I was telephoned to say they were out of stock but would be a day later, a Friday. Another phone call on the Friday explained it would actually be Monday. They arrived on the Monday. Good communication but I was desperate for these and wouldn't have ordered if I didn't think they were ex-stock. An alternative size was offered but I needed these specifically.”

“You need to change that line on the website that says "Next day delivery" to "next working day delivery". I paid an express fee on a Thursday night and the post came Monday. Not impressed with that.”

“The 'two day delivery' was not met because FedEx could not work out our post code from NP166AN as entered in Paypal (it won't let us put a space between the sixes) to NP16 6AN, even though it could have been worked out as our fully address was also given. I had to call Ross to ask what the problem was! Eventually the wheels arrived, thank you FedEx driver for calling to get directions to our house. I was expecting the puncture free wheels to be more 'rubbery' than 'plasticy' but time will tell if they are hard wearing”

“The price of the endcap E341420 has more than doubled over the past few years. There is no reason for this other than your increased profit margin. The shipping options through Fedex work for larger shipments, but not smaller ones, where Royal Mail or Hermes would work at £3 for a 2-3 day delivery. This does not appear convenient for you to arrange. The user friendliness of your website is good.”

“when my order arrived half of it was incorrect, although it was correct on the invoice the parts in the bag were incorrect, when I phoned to complain, my complaint was handled, very swiftly and to my satisfaction and the correct parts arrived the next day, the person who took my call most apologetic and very helpful, because of this I will deal with your firm again, Thank you”

“Delivery very quick but would prefer cheaper slower delivery option as expensive for amount bought. Rubber on wheels still seems to be a bit hard and plastic like. They were to replace 40 mm plastic ones - wheels cost more than second hand demo trolley. looking for new budget trolley product and Looking to replace the always standard plastic wheels with rubber wheels but cost high and seem to have to use low profile option to get closest match so not ideal in that way either for screw in mount Wheel itself ok but still sticks on changing direction a bit- quality versus cost I guess.”

“Helpful Sales Office on goods required, which were quickly delivered and were entirely satisfactory. However, I ordered direct on-line through Ross Castors, which was quite an admin process (about 20 minutes). After all that I did not get an e-mail acknowledgement of my order, or advice of despatch and delivery dates. Fortunately my wife was in when FedEx called (incidentally FedEx freight charge was half the cost of the goods). If I had ordered through Amazon (same goods, same firm, same cost) I would have got Amazon reassuring order acknowledgement and despatch and delivery information, plus the order could have been made in seconds by my pressing one button.”
