“I tried to get a picture of some table feet on your site. But customer services failed to send the photos on 2 occasions. In the end I took a punt and ordered the feet. They turned out to be fine and so in the end I was happy with my purchase. But service could have been better. Also Highland delivery charges were extortionate!”

“Pity about using FEd Ex as they don't deliver weekends so an order placed am Thur arrived late pm Mon. Should have paid for express delivery having spent even more on hold with FedEx who couldn't even track the parcel. Had to rearrange re-delivery direct with local hub depot.”

“Ross castors supply a good product which is sensibly priced, they are unfortunately let down by poor delivery. The products I ordered 6 days ago on a two day delivery still haven't been delivered. This also happened on my last delivery, so I will consider a different supplier as a result.”

“I ordered 2 threaded stem casters with nuts , they arrived ok and was very pleased with everything. Now comes the downfall I wanted to order two more your website kept sending me all over the place so decided to ring you direct, the person I spoke to was so unhelpfull that I decided to contact you ,with my order by E-mail, well, paid for the order and the items delivered today are wrong, (not threaded stem) needless to say I tried Amazon who are sending me what I want with no hassle or stress. I will be sending back the wrong items you sent and you can reimburse me for the money spent., if you had maneged to complete a straight forward order as you did my first one you would have been given 5 stars ...thank you Michael Reeves.”

“Nice one though FedEX are not good on customer service on delivery for home delivery they are distributing within awkward time, that time is good for business but not home orders. Then one have to chase them over the phone to cost more that the cost of order.”

“THE WHEELS WERE O/K BUT THE BOLTS WOULD NOT GO THROUGH THE WIDTH OF THE WHEEL LUCKILY WE HAD SOME LONGER BOLTS THERE WERE NO WASHERS EITHER”

“They had the items in stock and offerred local collection. BUT they didn't inform me when the items were ready for collection. I went in the hope that they would be ready. They were ready and the trade counter gave good service. HOWEVER, later at home I received an email to tell me that the items had been despatched. As if I didn't know it!”
