“Good product, however called up to check the overall height dimensions of the castor was told it was 44mm, even after double checking, but when arrived it was 50mm, luck we left enough clearance or the castors would have made the item to high to fit under desk.”

“Easy to use website, easy ordering & fast delivery. BUT the two Reducers - although the same exterior dimension - were not the same internal diameter. Too much effort to send them back so I have used them as it's only for a wheelbarrow. Also it was unnecessary to send a £2.40 order via FedEx - an A5 sized jiffy bag could easily have been sent via Royal Mail at a lower cost.”

“i've ordered from you a few times before and never had a problem but this time i ordered from you and paid for next day delivery and didn't come when i phoned up somebody said it been misplaced and it was straight outta me which it did but but i still pay the extra for next day delivery and i just didn't receive it next day but i've had no refund of the next day delivery”

“Product was good and quickly delivered my only concern was ordering. It showed price with no VAT added (which it does point out in small print) then you commit to buy at the price + VAT. But then it gives a drop down list of postage options the minimum in my case was £6 then you get a final invoice with Vat added to the total bill. It turned out the items were more costly than I thought and could have got the items cheaper else where. I think I will stick to ebay for my future needs.”

“The castors look ok, but I have a couple of negative comments: 1) The cup castors have the castor pin peened through the cup which a) makes me wonder how long they will last before working loose and b) takes up space inside the cup, meaning more timber will need to be removed. 2) No fixing screws were supplied, requiring additional expense for an already overpriced product.”

“I have purchased items recently from the website with no issues.However before I made any purchase I sent an email through your website requesting a sample item but had no reply & no sample either I then phoned & spoke to a guy called Tim he gave me his email address & said to email him direct with the item & he would sort it out so I did this again no response at all. I then phoned again & asked to speak to Tim but was told he was on another call the woman took my number & she said that he would call me back again nothing ! The normal rating is for the postal service with the items ordered The customer service rating would very poor to non existing. Need to do much better on that score.”

“The Web site information on the finer size details of product was not fully available without a call for assistance, the rep I spoke to gave assistance but not a great deal of confidence to me that it would be correct, but that is all we have attitude. I am at this time still waiting for my delivery 24th Aug.”

“Placed order Friday 4pm paid £9.50 for next working day delivery, the goods were despatched Monday and I got the goods Tuesday, So next working day does not apply to orders placed on Friday afternoons.”
