“I bought 2 items costing £0.98 each and they would fit in a DL size envelope but the overall bill including postage and VAT was well over £10.00. Ridiculous.”

“Sorry to say I cannot really comment fairly, above, as I'm sure I ordered packs of Knuts & Bolts to match the castors. They did not appear on your invoice or in the delivery! Was that my fault, at some point in the ordering or yours since? I have been forced to enter a rating hence I have put normal! I do like the castors! Yours John Dalkin”
