I was informed by mobile message that the deliverers had visited on Wed 30th and had left a card. I had dozed off so am prepared to accept that I might have missed them. However no card was left. I moved house the following weekend so spent Thursday, Friday and Sunday scrubbing the place from top to bottom - I recall that I started at 5.30 am on Friday. When I contacted the company on I think the following Tuesday the 5th, I was informed that the deliverers had called on Thursday, Friday and finally on Monday had left he parcel at a neighbours I informed the company that I was now 20 miles away, and had been home all day Thursday and Friday, and on no occasion had a card been left. I was offered a return of the postal charge - which has not been made. My brother who lives closer than I, called at the address we were told the parcel was at 4 times, before accidentally discovering that the parcel had not been left at the address given, but at the adjoining property. What I most object to is the manner in which my assertion that no cards had been left, and that I had been home on 3 of the days, ( though dozing on one), was given no more credence than the driver's assertion that the deliveries had been attempted and cards left. It was as though the company did not accept any partiality in responsibility for ensuring the delivery was made. As though the company was a casual bystander, in a disagreement between myself and the delivery company - a virtual shoulder shrug. I did not receive the tyres in time to help with removals My brother has spent 4 evenings travelling to the wrong address and using more fuel than the product was worth. And the neighbours have made several visits to an empty house trying to deliver the parcel. And the only response I got from the company was that they could not do anything now that the parcel had been delivered. I won't be recommending or using them again - I'll use someone other on amazon, who remain responsible for their sales to and beyond the point of delivery.

Ordered a stock item on 9th March, am still waiting for the product 3 weeks later. Customer services constantly assuring we'll be updated and that it's the fault of the factory, but the only person calling back is me.

Our experience with this company has been extremely poor. We paid by proforma and were given a delivery date which has already been missed on 3 occasions, we are still waiting for delivery - it has been over 2 weeks since we ordered the casters . Poor communication between colleagues within the company, specifically Shane, Luke and Daniel.

The description read 4 rubber castors, I received 1, upon receipt I called in and was told that 4 referred to 4 inches but it should have said castor and not castorS which mislead me to buying it, I was told I could return it but they would keep postage and packaging which cost more than the castor itself. I Wouldn't recommend it at all, make sure you call and confirm your purchase prior to payment.

Approached this company for a new wheelbarrow wheel. Yep, pretty trivial thing accepted, but, seeing as how there are so many variants of sizes - bearings, bores, widths and diameters - available, needed some help in selecting the correct thing. Well, to cut a long and tedious story short, I and the company exchanged five e-mails to sort it out and I ordered a wheelbarrow wheel! It arrived promptly (the only good thing I can say about this whole fiasco) but was useless. I had been supplied a wheel that I was told would be compatible with my old axle (spacing bushes not withstanding), only to find it didn't run on the wheel bearings: absolutley useless for wheeling anything heavier than a single house brick. I contacted them again (sixth e-mail) and received a reply (seventh e-mail) informing me that yes, they could see why their correspondence with me over selection of said wheel may have been misleading and... ... Well, no and, that was it. No offer to sort it out, no real appology; no nothing. To sum it up in a nutshell, I feel conned. Conned out of £20+ and angry with myself for having believed the nonsense I was told - I confess to having not completely trusted the yarn I was spun prior to purchase. So, if you know precisely what you want, they'll probably do just fine. If, however, you require some advice, GO ELSEWHERE!

Interesting approach by Ross Castors, to send an email asking for a review prior to actually delivering anything that was ordered from them, now some days ago. Tradition would rather dictate the reverse order, but then I'm a bit old fashioned. Since then I had an email from Ross, politely suggesting that it was my fault for not noticing the "(big) banner" on their website that announced they were closed from 22nd, and opening again on the 4th. It wasn't big enough to notice, self evidently. That would be "Closed", as in: - Able to send out automated Customer Service emails - Able to accept orders for premium "next day delivery" - Able to process payments for goods BUT - Not able to send anything ordered

Not Happy your site said order before 2 pm which i did for delivery next day that i paid £9.50 for on the 19th & the items did not turn up until today 17th! I got an email on Friday late morning to tell me a a courier issue had occurred! That put me in a position with my client who i told would have them for Friday am with the goods we have manufactured for them! At no point have i been offered my £9.50 special delivery cost back or even a follow up call!! Not the service i'm used to in business. Regards Scott Jones

I placed an order with this organisation last week - the order included wheel barrow wheel, axle, bushes and bearing - I have heard nothing from them. The order was confirmed at the time but I received no email confirmation or any further contact. Extremely poor customer service
