“Not Happy your site said order before 2 pm which i did for delivery next day that i paid £9.50 for on the 19th & the items did not turn up until today 17th! I got an email on Friday late morning to tell me a a courier issue had occurred! That put me in a position with my client who i told would have them for Friday am with the goods we have manufactured for them! At no point have i been offered my £9.50 special delivery cost back or even a follow up call!! Not the service i'm used to in business. Regards Scott Jones”

“I placed an order with this organisation last week - the order included wheel barrow wheel, axle, bushes and bearing - I have heard nothing from them. The order was confirmed at the time but I received no email confirmation or any further contact. Extremely poor customer service”

Hi Mr Greig, Apologies for any inconvenience caused (our courier attempted to deliver your parcel on the 5th December, however a calling card was left at your premises) For some reason the parcel was sent back to ourselves rather than attempting to re-deliver. I will investigate the reason why your parcel wasn't re-delivered (i believe the full amount has already been refunded to your PayPal account).

“Awful service & support, was promised delivery within a few days - took nearly 3 weeks! - every time left for me to chase - they didn't return any phone calls when promised, - everything that's wrong with online dealing was demonstrated here.”

“I placed an order and paid for it with my personal credit card. I required an invoice to be made out in my name and filled in these details under the billing details section of the internet ordering form. For reasons unknown, Ross have issued an invoice made out to the company that I work for (which was detailed under the delivery details section of the form). Despite repeated email requests, I have not yet received an invoice made out in my name. I have received an email telling me that I filled in the order form with my company name under the billing details - this is not the case. It should not be a problem to send me an invoice made out in my name and I frustrated that they cannot meet this simple request.”

“Unfortunately the wheel was the wrong size - I thought that a 22cm wheel would be the size of the wheel rather than the total size of wheel plus tyre. As I had no means to return it I have had to accept the loss and had to buy what I wanted locally.”

“I have put "very poor", although the error was corrected - but unfortunately a day too late. I ordered some good quality castors for a table tennis club. The ones sent by Ross Castors were not the type ordered, were their cheapest type, and would not have been up to the job. They were needed for the Tuesday evening so I was not best pleased.”
