“I found the website quite easy to use, identified the parts I needed and placed the order. The goods arrived well packed and on time. There was some confusion over which courier was delivering them but this was probably due to the Covid-19 emergency.”

“Wheelbarrow wheel is very good and fits perfectly. However I do have an issue regarding the carriage. Your website states that an item such as mine (weight under 4kg) carriage is £6 (no mention of vat). I was invoiced for £7.95 +vat a total of £9.54 which was half the price of the wheel. I think your website needs modifying in order to show clearly how the carriage charge is calculated for a private purchaser. Regards John Bell”
