“The casters which I ordered were delayed in terms of delivery date. Ross kept me informed of the delays and the items arrived when they said they would, The quality and value were very good and the items have been in use for a couple of weeks now. I was pleased to find a company that has the range of products that they do.”

“I found the website quite easy to use, identified the parts I needed and placed the order. The goods arrived well packed and on time. There was some confusion over which courier was delivering them but this was probably due to the Covid-19 emergency.”
