“Well made solid castors. Worked better than two other types tried. Bought to move furniture on thick new carpet. Work well if you don’t try and move the furniture too fast.”

“Good website to use: Making the order was pretty straight forward. Only issue was that i ordered 12 items and on 1st day only 4 arrived. Had to call ROSS and was quickly identified that courier had not delivered the other 8. Items were finally delivered within 24 hrs. Pretty good service.”

“The service was excellent and everything of very good quality and they sent an invoice which is great but one of the new tyres doesn't have an inner tube so has someone pinched it in the meantime or did it come without an inner tube? I'm sure I'd have noticed when I unpacked the box but to be honest I didn't check them that closely but we'll never know the answer!”

Ross kept me informed of the delays and the items arrived when they said they would, The quality and value were very good and the items have been in use for a couple of weeks now. I was pleased to find a company that has the range of products that they do.”
