“Castors doing a great job thanks but one of them arrived with a bent screw. Luckily my 82 year old husband was able to straighten it could be used”

“Quality of item is very good and it's a perfect fit, I'm very pleased with it. It wasn't cheap by the time I factored in shipping just for one item, hence 4 stars not 5. But overall v good, efficient.”

“I purchased tyres, then I was told afterwards that they were out of stock and in production. A week later I received a message that delivery was about to occur, then the following day I was told there was an unexpected problem with the delivery. 2 days later delivery was made without any further issues and product was perfect. Just confusion throughout the process but product as described and price was very good. Saying all of the above, I will return to purchase tyres again in the future.”

“I bought a wheelbarrow tyre and tube which arrived the following day despite the 2 day option chosen. It was fitted in half an hour but hasn't been tested hence the 4 not 5 stars.”

“I ordered 1 set fixings plus 1 castor plus thread weld nut Although this appeared on invoice, and I made payment, the thread weld nut was not included in the delivery. I asked the charge to be credited to me or refunded. This has not happened. However Product quality of castor received is excellent. I will be buying a few more, but want my credit for missing item.”

“Castors were delivered within the timeframe outlined. 3 castors were identified as defect and customer service are sending 3 replacements at no cost within 2 days of making Ross Castors aware of the defects. Very pleased with the service. I would have given 5 stars if the Ross Castors operated over the weekend.”

“Very pleased with price, quality and customer service. The only problem I had (probably my fault), they were much mightier than I expected. Decided to keep as do the job , way more than necessary, and as so extremely heavy would have cost a lot to send back.”
