“Good, well designed and professional product and service. Advice on the website was clear, helpful and readily navigated. Would have welcomed a wider choice of bolts to match the castors chosen - only 40mm length were available from Ross - more choice would have earned them the fifth star. Happy to use Ross again.”

“Great service and easy to use website. Products are high quality and were well packaged for posting. Just one thing. On order pages offer an option to have delivery left somewhere safe. Ended up having to have second delivery as missed first. Otherwise no problems.”
