“As my first experience of phoning an Order, there was some miss information about Delivery date, Order placed with you on the 9th Fedruary with Luke. I was told it would arrive on the Friday 12th. I phoned on Monday 15th spoke Shane, he told me the Items had been out of Stock when Ordered, they were now in stock and have been dispatched. They arrived on 17th February. I also received two invoices for different Totals. Other than that the Swervice was fine. I will look on your Web Page again if I need anything”

“Great website, which is very user friendly and easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are very competitive but delivery to the Highlands was ridiculously high and cost more than the actual purchase. It doesn't cost more to send from the Highlands to England, so i don't understand why it costs so much more to send the other way. Ross need to find a more cost effective solution for Scottish customers.”

“I only wanted a pair of castors for a riser/recliner and needed them asap. Ross Castors had the exact type required and at a reasonable price. However, the cost of a quicker delivery was more than the cost of the item. But, needs must and I got the castors within two days of ordering.”

“The 50mm threaded inserts were exactly as described and fitted my application perfectly., easy to order. Delivered on time but didn't have the complete address on the address label so courier had difficulty in finding us.”

“The castors look to be very sturdy and well-made with sensible fixing slots for attachment to the item that will ride on them and a very good bearing mechanism on each castor. They should be ideal for the job in hand. The pack of four ordered and received well in time would have got 5 stars if it had contained suitable fixing screws for attaching the castors to the item they will support.”

“I ordered four castors for the legs of an armchair. The ordering process and delivery was straightforward, and the castors arrived exactly as indicated by the e-mails I received. My only gripe is that when I opened the package, I discovered that there were no screws to fix the round plate to the base of the chair legs (presumably that is why each round plate has three small holes...). Luckily, after rummaging through my collection of screws I did manage to find 12 small round-head brass screws which did the job. Would have been nice, though, if they had been supplied with the castors. Then I would have awarded 5 stars! round plate”
