“The castors look to be very sturdy and well-made with sensible fixing slots for attachment to the item that will ride on them and a very good bearing mechanism on each castor. They should be ideal for the job in hand. The pack of four ordered and received well in time would have got 5 stars if it had contained suitable fixing screws for attaching the castors to the item they will support.”

“I ordered four castors for the legs of an armchair. The ordering process and delivery was straightforward, and the castors arrived exactly as indicated by the e-mails I received. My only gripe is that when I opened the package, I discovered that there were no screws to fix the round plate to the base of the chair legs (presumably that is why each round plate has three small holes...). Luckily, after rummaging through my collection of screws I did manage to find 12 small round-head brass screws which did the job. Would have been nice, though, if they had been supplied with the castors. Then I would have awarded 5 stars! round plate”

“It was easy to order on line. One item was not what I believed I had ordered, but maybe my error. However a small amount of adapting sorted out the potential problem. All very good quality and efficiently delivered.”

“The nightmare continues! 1st. the sack truck wheels I ordered were not suitable for hub length — my fault. Then it looked like I had paid twice for them(£43.90 and £45.70) It now looks like only the 45.70 has been deducted by bank. I then ordered 2 x tyres with inner tubes an d paid for these. They arrived yesterday but no lnner tubes.Spoke to Shane. Should’ve on their way. Then today I was notified of re-credit to my bank account for £38.50! It should of course be for £45.70 ( I think you may have missed the £6 carriage plus vat).Perhaps you could check me and put this right. Apart from this sad tale staff at Ross are unfailingly courteous and helpful”

“I purchased tyres, then I was told afterwards that they were out of stock and in production. A week later I received a message that delivery was about to occur, then the following day I was told there was an unexpected problem with the delivery. 2 days later delivery was made without any further issues and product was perfect. Just confusion throughout the process but product as described and price was very good. Saying all of the above, I will return to purchase tyres again in the future.”

“I bought a wheelbarrow tyre and tube which arrived the following day despite the 2 day option chosen. It was fitted in half an hour but hasn't been tested hence the 4 not 5 stars.”
