“Ross castors have a great inventory. UNfortunately I bought some castors which were not quite the same as depicted, so I am going back to exchange. I called Ross castors, they said they would send a photo of the next stock item to be sure it is what it says on website.”

“Excellent choice of stock, great website, good detail of items including measurements. Missed out on 5th star because of postage price. My postage was twice as much as the product I bought. Hermes could do the postage at half the price, including tracking. It nearly put me off the purchase. Otherwise excellent service.”

“their customer relations were good, i was told about delivery delay up front and when it was dispatched i was given a day of delivery and the night before delivery i was given a 1 hour delivery slot so did not have to waist a day waiting .”

“I was very impressed with Ross Castors whose product was accurately described and very good value. Delivery service was prompt but let down by the driver who left the parcel in the porch of a unoccupied care home (not at the correct address). He wrongly reported that the parcel had been delivered and received by me personally, which was untrue. I subsequently found the parcel having identified the property he had delivered to because it was recognisable from his photo! D T Wood”

“The castors are satisfactory and reasonably priced. The customer support however was excellent. Purchasing direct from Ross Castors was by far preferable than having to use Amazon: there was no pressure to subscribe to Amazon Prime! A welcome change. VJ”

“As my first experience of phoning an Order, there was some miss information about Delivery date, Order placed with you on the 9th Fedruary with Luke. I was told it would arrive on the Friday 12th. I phoned on Monday 15th spoke Shane, he told me the Items had been out of Stock when Ordered, they were now in stock and have been dispatched. They arrived on 17th February. I also received two invoices for different Totals. Other than that the Swervice was fine. I will look on your Web Page again if I need anything”

“Great website, which is very user friendly and easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are very competitive but delivery to the Highlands was ridiculously high and cost more than the actual purchase. It doesn't cost more to send from the Highlands to England, so i don't understand why it costs so much more to send the other way. Ross need to find a more cost effective solution for Scottish customers.”
