“I am still awaiting the castors. Your delivery firm DPD failed to deliver on the agreed date, and have not been back since. I am awaiting your action over this!”

Thank you for getting in touch i am sorry to hear there has been issues with your delivery. I have checked on the DPD system and can see they were unable to deliver and the parcel made its way back to us. We have however arranged for this to be resent out and it should arrive with you later today the tracking currently states it should arrive around 17:00. Please feel free to call us if there are any further issues with this delivery on 0116 2764987 and i will be happy to assist. Apologies for this situation and i hope this is now resolved for you.
