“Faultless service - one item was, unfortunately, delayed repeatedly (because that's how things are, these days, generally) but what made the difference was the frequent, informative and helpful communication. Products received arrived promptly, were exactly as described and the quality was better than I had hoped for. Overall, entirely satisfied and would head for Ross Handling as a first port of call for future requirements. Thanks to all at Ross.”

“I called this company looking for some greenhouse door rollers. The chap in customer service did his best to find what I needed. Unfortunately the size of wheel is too big, so I cannot use them.”
