“I called this company looking for some greenhouse door rollers. The chap in customer service did his best to find what I needed. Unfortunately the size of wheel is too big, so I cannot use them.”

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience and we apologize for the confusion.At times some images do differ slightly but the spec provided will always match those stated on the website. After looking into this issue with you we understand the size ordered was not the correct spec as to what you required for your application. Full spec is stated on all our product ranges and we of course are here to advise if any assistance is ever needed. We have offered for you to return the goods so we can issue a refund for you due to these being unsuitable. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope we can redeem ourselves in your eyes.
