“P and P fine but the castors aren’t as free running as I’d hoped. Surprisingly the ones from b and q were better”

“Placed an order for 4m lengths of 25mm box sections with jointers. Was supposed to arrive within 2 days. After the 3rd day I emailed asking where my order was. Got an email back that was blatant BS that the courier hadn't done anything with it since collecting it and was told it would be re dispatched. Strangely enough turned up the very next day. Product itself was very good.”

“I was a little confused when, in your live-chat facility, I was told that you did not stock the item I had sought on your web-site (a wheelbarrow tyre and inner-tube), when I had in fact found it offered on your web-site. However, that apart the item was despatched rapidly and was also speedily delivered by your courier. My thanks for your help.”
