“Very good service and attention. There was a minor problem when an article was out of stock. The very acceptable substitute was very slightly cheaper than I had been charged. It was too much trouble (for me) to try to sort it out so I didn't.”

“brilliant website found exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately let down by delivery DPD had "unforseen circumstances" What ever that means!! I realize this has nothing to do with Ross Handling and fingers crossed it was just a one off. A part from that all good but still waiting for delivery 8 days at moment”

“Easy to order after speaking with sales team to clarify the specifications. Order arrived on time and securely packaged. Item as described. An engineer commented on the apparent quailty of the bearing and its action. The only issue relates to the nuts required to secure the fitted axle to the wheelchair. I am not an engineer however the specialist nut and bolt supplier stated that the thread was not extra fine as described (M12 x 35mm extra fine threaded stem) rather a M12 x 1mm pitch - not a B and Q stock item! He managed to locate these items in Northern Ireland - and they arrived within 24 hours. Contact ronkeydonkey02 on ebay. Satisfied with the service from Ross Castors - this is my second order and I would use again.”

“The wheels I bought were excellent but the inner tubes in both replacement trailer tyres had holes in them on delivery. Very disappointing. Amended: Contacted Ross and their customer services sent out new inner tubes immediately. Very good response. Would use them again. So few companies are even contactable these days. Well done Ross Handling.”

“The website, product and delivery were all excellent. What would have helped was if there was a lower delivery charge for items of low value. After I had fitted the wheels, I realised I needed two washers of a particular size. Suitable ones were available from Ross Handling, but it was for a book trolley only used for the church fete, so the delivery charge of £6 seemed too high for a purchase value of around £2, so I bought them elsewhere, which was time-consuming.”

“Ordered six castors and two new sockets to replace damaged matching ones on a settee and add a couple more for strength. Prices seemed very reasonable, ordering was easy, delivery rapid and fitting not difficult. Result seems good, but only the long term will tell whether 5 stars rather than the 4 I gave were deserved.”
