“P and P fine but the castors aren’t as free running as I’d hoped. Surprisingly the ones from b and q were better”

“The grips arrived promptly and were as described. At over £5 postage and packaging seemed a bit pricy for such a small item.”

“Very helpful in finding a bespoke solution to help me find the right wheels for my equipment. Would have given 5 stars if we could have come to an agreement about shipping charges... That said I would do business with them again if I needed specialist wheels.”

“Ordering was simple, pricing was right. My only issue is over delivery. The van driver couldn't find the package when it was supposed to be delivered so falsely said that I had asked for it to be redelivered to a collection point. Added to that, although everything arrived undamaged and complete it was a minor miracle given that the packaging was torn to shreds”

“Well it was my fault I just thought that the plastic bits at the bottom of my crutches were the same sizrme but when they came they were far to big so that was my fault .x”

“Order came quickly and when promised. Web-site gave sufficient information for ordering though more dimensions always welcome. Casters fitted and seem an improvement on the originals for this Parker Knoll reclining armchair. Very pleased so far.”
