“Barrow axle turned out to be 25mm too long, because I wasn't sure where to measure the old one , ie from the start of the threads, or the length of the whole thing. Lesson learned for next time”

“As stated below caster measurements did not match details on website. As I was trying to match it to 3 others on piece of furniture it was no good. Lady on Customer Service very helpful when I explained and money refunded. Thank you.”

“A good quality castor and cheap, although the bearings went on my last pair after 4 months. Also it would be helpful if a bolt, washers and nut were supplied with them.”

“I recently bought a set of replacement wheels and front castors for a wheelchair. I'm happy with the products, the prices and the prompt delivery. I was a bit surprised when the wheels arrived. The surprise arose from the lack of detailed descriptions or photos on the Ross Handling website. This is possibly attributable to the fact that their primary target market is B2B. The wheelchair wheels appear to be nylon, rather than the more conventional wire-spoke wheels.”

“Would have given 5* but basic delivery charge was expensive and packaging just consisted of a plastic bag - cardboard box would have been recyclable ♻️”

“The castors are good quality and were reasonably priced but as they were very small and lightweight the postage was twice as much as the goods. In view of the small and lightweight nature of the parcel, a more appropriate postage choice could have been made.”

“Very happy with the product sent (tyres and tube). Efficient service and reasonable price. Would have been 5/5 if the inner tubes had come with a dust valve. Picky, but something else I now need to get.”
