“Very quick reply to my query and very prompt and reliable deivery. However the items were not 100% suitable since the fixed screw on the castors was too long for the substrate. I had thought this would have been clear from the text of my query, but I have never had to fit castors before, so maybe not. However I have managed to get around the problem by packing up with old tap washers! So overall a success. On the photo online I could see the length of the screw, but not that it was fixed.”

“Photo of cast iron wheel showed a grease nipple fitted. Parts delivered were without a grease nipple.”

Dear John, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback about the grease nipple not being included with the cast iron wheel. We strive to provide accurate information and quality parts, and it's disappointing to hear that we fell short this time. We take your comments seriously and will look into this matter to ensure our product listings align with what is delivered. Your experience is important to us, and we hope to provide you with a better service in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best wishes, Team Ross Handling Ltd

“Looking for castors to replace some that were old and falling apart, I found Ross Handling via a Google search, amongst other suppliers. Comparing suppliers, they weren't the cheapest but were still reasonably priced and more importantly, the products looked of a significantly higher quality than several online retailers. The ordering process was easy and within a couple of business days, the order was delivered by DPD, well-packaged and within the stated delivery ETA. The items were perfect for the job and I would certainly use Ross Handling again in future.”
