“The castors are very well made with a proper metal spindle, the ones they replaced were all plastic, which eventually gives out. So very happy with the castors. It would be nice if they had a nut and washers on them, so I could tighten the castor to the item - the thread didn't screw in to anything but a hole in the bottom of the dehumidifier. All in all very pleased with the quality and delivery.”

“I recommend using RossCastors. I'm very pleased with a set of replacement castors I bought, to repair a sofa. Good information on the website helped me select the correct castors. The castors arrived in a couple of days, well packaged. I was unsure exactly how to fit the castors, so telephoned the company and their technical support was very good. Castors have only been fitted for a few days. They work well, but it is too early to comment on how they perform in the long term.”
