“Needing to replace a broken caster on my office chair, Ros Handling seemed to be the perfect place to find one. Unfortunately, the ones that I purchased were too big for the hole that they had to fit in. I returned them, but sadly, they did not stock the size I required, nor do anyone else in this country it seems. Just waiting on my refund now. Their products are great, but their range is limited. Perhaps my office chair is so old that part are no longer made.”

“The beautiful brass castors cups (55mm pack of 4) suit the small brass antique castors and help to spread the load of the elegant table upon a carpeted floor. Thank you for the speedy delivery by the polite gentleman.”

“hi my delivery came in the time specified items looked good, although at least 5mm eccentric and 5mm wobble on both wheel so the parking brake had to be adjusted higher so as not to catch in when use. when ordering the wheels I couldn't find all the speciation's for the axels due to this I had to modify the wheel chair in order to use your wheels if the dimensions are their on your website they should easer to find regards Graham”

“Castors were delivered within the timeframe outlined. 3 castors were identified as defect and customer service are sending 3 replacements at no cost within 2 days of making Ross Castors aware of the defects. Very pleased with the service. I would have given 5 stars if the Ross Castors operated over the weekend.”

“The castors are very well made with a proper metal spindle, the ones they replaced were all plastic, which eventually gives out. So very happy with the castors. It would be nice if they had a nut and washers on them, so I could tighten the castor to the item - the thread didn't screw in to anything but a hole in the bottom of the dehumidifier. All in all very pleased with the quality and delivery.”

“I recommend using RossCastors. I'm very pleased with a set of replacement castors I bought, to repair a sofa. Good information on the website helped me select the correct castors. The castors arrived in a couple of days, well packaged. I was unsure exactly how to fit the castors, so telephoned the company and their technical support was very good. Castors have only been fitted for a few days. They work well, but it is too early to comment on how they perform in the long term.”
