“Sent the wrong product”

“I ordered 1 set fixings plus 1 castor plus thread weld nut Although this appeared on invoice, and I made payment, the thread weld nut was not included in the delivery. I asked the charge to be credited to me or refunded. This has not happened. However Product quality of castor received is excellent. I will be buying a few more, but want my credit for missing item.”

“Excellent service. Casters fitted and look great. Would have certainly recommend this company to anyone. A small part of my order was out of stock, but this was advised to me the day after I placed the order and was given a delivery date. Excellent contact, excellent quality and thank you. “Needing to replace a broken caster on my office chair, Ros Handling seemed to be the perfect place to find one. Unfortunately, the ones that I purchased were too big for the hole that they had to fit in. I returned them, but sadly, they did not stock the size I required, nor do anyone else in this country it seems. Just waiting on my refund now. Their products are great, but their range is limited. Perhaps my office chair is so old that part are no longer made.”

“hi my delivery came in the time specified items looked good, although at least 5mm eccentric and 5mm wobble on both wheel so the parking brake had to be adjusted higher so as not to catch in when use. when ordering the wheels I couldn't find all the speciation's for the axels due to this I had to modify the wheel chair in order to use your wheels if the dimensions are their on your website they should easer to find regards Graham”

“Castors were delivered within the timeframe outlined. 3 castors were identified as defect and customer service are sending 3 replacements at no cost within 2 days of making Ross Castors aware of the defects. Very pleased with the service. I would have given 5 stars if the Ross Castors operated over the weekend.”
