“I recently ordered several items of a new line of axle, balloon tyres and fittings from Ross Castors. The order was in the region of £400. There were some problems with the initial DPD delivery as some items were missing and others did not fit. However, the test of a company’s service is when something goes wrong. The staff of Ross Castors could not have been more helpful. They were easily contacted by both phone and email. They were clearly customer focused and went out of their way to make sure that my order was fulfilled. They phoned back when they said they would and kept me informed of the progress. Everything was sorted to my complete satisfaction within a week. I will certainly use this company again, many companies could learn from the customer staff of Ross Castors.”

“I ordered 1 set fixings plus 1 castor plus thread weld nut Although this appeared on invoice, and I made payment, the thread weld nut was not included in the delivery. I asked the charge to be credited to me or refunded. This has not happened. However Product quality of castor received is excellent. I will be buying a few more, but want my credit for missing item.”

“Excellent service. Casters fitted and look great. Would have certainly recommend this company to anyone. A small part of my order was out of stock, but this was advised to me the day after I placed the order and was given a delivery date. Excellent contact, excellent quality and thank you.
