“The delivery was little longer than expected but when I emailed to ask when I could expect it, I got an immediate reply admitting something had gone wrong and promised the delivery would be the next day. Sure enough it arrived the next day. I appreciated their honesty and the way they put the matter right. I have clicked yes below ignoring the first hiccup. I would use them again.”
