The product is fine.
Delivery is awful. They use DPD.
Day one, no-one turned-up at the stated window.
Day two (re-arranged) received an email to say driver couldn't find anyone at home. I was at home so I immediately rand Ross customer service. Agent said they could see where the driver was..he was 45 minutes away and so lied. I asked what was going to be done. Agent said they were powerless to do anything as DPD would just ignore them.
Day three...delivered by same driver.
