“Excellent service but the products came with no locknuts on the stub axles which needed M12 fine thread instead of 1.5mm pitch standard! So not a quick use product. Very disappointing. The web catalogue didn't show no nuts or specify M12x1 specials needed!”

“I placed the order on Good Friday and the item arrived on the Wednesday after, pretty darn good if you ask me. Product looks to be exactly what I'm after, but we'll have to see if I chose correctly when I've finish my project.”

“Correction to my last review: the company contacted me to explain that the FedEx delivery driver had had difficulty finding my house (not sure why, it's not difficult to find), and had taken steps - very quickly - to remedy the situation. I received my order within a couple of hours. Good customer service.”

“Order was processed and arrived promptly. However, packaging (polythene bag) was damaged and, out of 3 items ordered, one was missing (small split pins which presumably fell out of torn packaging). The other items were more bulky, and still in the outer package. More robust packaging might be advisable? The pins are of very low value, so I've not pursued this with Ross Castors.”
