“I was able to clearly identify from Ross Handling website, the wheel I needed for my Chillington wheelbarrow, with good suggestion from them about ancillary items of Handgrips and bearing/spindle bolt to use, that I ordered. Arrived quickly as predicted. Fitted my wheelbarrow easily. I had looked at possibly lower cost items from other websites, but could not be certain they would fit. Ordering the Chillington spare from Ross Handling meant it fitted first time.”

“Placed or on Monday for next day delivery which never arrived. Several phone calls later over 2 days still nobody could tell me when I would receive my order so cancelled on Thursday. Ordered with another company which arrived on Friday. Well done DPD for letting down Ross handling losing them another customer”

“I ordered small castors and they came with in a couple of days. It was just as l requested and l was able to fit them to the chair even before the invoice came. The parcel was even labelled with a return address and phone number, - great service like no other.”
