“Happy with the quality and strenth of the wheels but I am positive that I ordered 3.5 mm and recieved 50 mm. Had to make a new axle to accommodate wheels, not pleased with this part.”

“Order was not sent in delivery time paid for. What I ordered wasn't in stock and replacement version wasn't the right size. After discussing with numerous people it seems they can't supply what I need despite website saying it does. Then in order to return the replacement item of the one I couldn't have it will now cost me money to send it back as the company don't offer this service. So long story short I have nothing and it's cost me money for the priviledge.”

“I was able to clearly identify from Ross Handling website, the wheel I needed for my Chillington wheelbarrow, with good suggestion from them about ancillary items of Handgrips and bearing/spindle bolt to use, that I ordered. Arrived quickly as predicted. Fitted my wheelbarrow easily. I had looked at possibly lower cost items from other websites, but could not be certain they would fit. Ordering the Chillington spare from Ross Handling meant it fitted first time.”
