Great bunk beds. Love the light grey colour. Very sturdy which is what we wanted. Have them as bunk beds currently so haven't used them as single beds yet. Fairly straightforward to build, but the instructions said 2hrs but with two kids running around it it take longer!

Really disappointed with customer service. Was made to feel silly when I thought I had ordered a desk but then hadn?t. Serious lack of communication with returns. Just passed from Pillar to Post. Really disappointing when spending over £1000 with a company.

Great service! Bed arrived sooner than expected and the quality is brilliant. Assembly was straight forward with easy instructions to follow.

It took a very long time to receive our delivery. It took me contacting customer services and then I had a call to book delivery the next day. So presumably I had been forgotten.

Good service from Room to Grow and bed is good quality. Disappointed that the delivery isn?t ?to room of choice? as it stated. I asked the delivery guys and they said no we only deliver to your door which meant my husband had to lug 4 heavy boxes up the stairs after it spent 5 days in our hallway...

The company didn?t deliver when they said they would. It was annoying because I took time off work to wait in for the delivery

The bed I bought comes in two cartons. One has arrived and the other one hasn't about two weeks after purchase. What am I supposed to do with a bed base but no bed!?

Firstly the order we put in for the solitaire midsleeper was put on hold without our knowledge just because the duvet cover we ordered with it was out of stock - this ended in two week delay. When the bed was delivered it had been damaged in transit and had to go back. It was delivered again and I received one pack in white and 1 in grey - not very happy!

The bed is very attractive and comfortable. My only comment is that it took quite some time to assemble and the assembly instructions could have been more straightforward; in some parts we had to backtrack and redo things.

We had a faulty ladder part, the lady on the phone was really helpful and new part shipped out to us almost immediately. Very good service. The bunk bed is sturdy, nice colour and the kids love it.

We had an excellent experience from Room to Grow, from the point of ordering, which was pretty straightforward via the website. I ordered on a Thursday evening and the delivery service phoned me on the following Monday (a bank holiday!) to ask if they could deliver the next day within a timeslot! So they exceeded their stated delivery times of 3-7 working days! Another call on the Tuesday gave us a 20 minute warning of their arrival. Friendly and prompt delivery.

Excellent service .Delivery as arranged within time agreed by professional and helpful driver. Easy to assemble by my partner and myself. Looks lovely. My son was very excited and extremely pleased with his new bed.

The after sales service was very good. I was called promptly to advise of a delivery date and time which ended up being improved upon with delivery arriving the night before. Only negative was that the trundle did not form part of the delivery as this was to arrive separately and sadly this was not made aware to me.
