“I had quite a few problems! Missing items and then a damaged headboard. However the customer service that I received was faultless and all was rectified promptly and effectively. The Jubilee bunk bed is first class and a product that I would most definitely recommend at a very reasonable price.”

“Excellent communication from first ordering through to delivery date. The beds are just right for my two growing boys, and I can?t believe just how much storage and work space there is fitted underneath each bed! The boys are big fans of the secret cupboards in each stair!”

“Delivery worked well. They arranged it by phone/e-mail one week for the following week, so I could have some input into which week/day the delivery occurred. The day before they gave me a useful send of what time of day I could expect the delivery time. They were quick and efficient.”

“Brilliant from start to finish! We were a little worried buying a bed without seeing it first but we just couldnt find anything better in other stores/show rooms and decided to take a risk. Best decision. We love everything about the bed: look, colour, quality ! What is even more important, our daughter absolutely loves her new bed! Well done RTG!”

“Easy to understand website. Extremely quick delivery. Everything was packaged really well. Communication was given as to when the bed was being delivered via a voicemail message. The slight disappointment was when I returned the call, the gentleman I spoke to seemed less than interested in customer service experience. However, the bed did arrive earlier than the projected 2 to 4 weeks. It actually arrived within a week of placing the order which was fantastic.”

“Room To Grow?s service was really good, the same couldn?t be said for the couriers they use. One delivery delivered to the wrong address, the other wasn?t delivered as promised and messed around when arranging further delivery. Overall I am pleased with the furniture.”

“A part was missing from the box so we had to go out and buy it to continue building the bed. Room to Grow refunded us the next day for the part we purchased. The bed is great quality, our daughter loves it. Customer service was great and delivery was prompt.”
