“Very well made furniture and delivered on time with friendly driver. Product appears well made and solid which you want for your children. The majority of the building was straight forward. However the design and installation/instructions for the desk under the bed in my opinion was very poor. It is for this reason I have given a review of 3 stars. If this was improved it would very likely have been 5 stars”

“Helpful initially. Delivery slot is not very flexible without large delays. Bit missing needed for construction so currently can not build which is frustrating.”

“I would not reccomend this company, I will no longer use it myself, ordered a bed with them on pre order, had to wait almost a month after it was due to actually get my bed, was continuously back and forth trying to sort it and never seemed to get anywhere. The bed finally arrived a month late and after paying over £500 (mattress incl) for it to have scratches and paint coming off it. Had already waited long enough and could not be bothered with the hassle again. So no would not recomened and will not be using again.”

We are sorry you are unhappy with your bed. We have had some challenges with our supply chain which has caused some delays but you should not have scratches on your bed. If you can send pictures of the damage to support@roomtogrow.co.uk we can resolve this for you. Sincere apologies again.

“I was super impressed with the service I received from Room to Grow. I ordered one of their bunk beds, which turned up quickly and communication was managed very well. I was also particularly impressed with the service I received when I had a question about mattresses - they were very quick to answer the phone (very unusual these days) and were very helpful. The bunk bed is great quality and looks good. Thank you very much.”

“Unfortunately our bunk bed was delayed for several months and communication was only good when I chased it up myself. However the final product is excellent, well made, sturdy. Instructions were simple to follow though certain things like dowels etc were mislabelled (ie two different sizes listed but we got them all the same size) This wasnt too much of an issue though and overall the product is excellent.”

“Very good quality bed, so pleased we chose this one. The company delivered very quickly and were clear about when delivery would be and if we had wanted to wait for the grey bed then they were clear about how long we would have to wait.”

“Good service, delivery driver was really helpful. Quite a long lead time (full 6 weeks) and a vague window for delivery (ie. RtoG appear as just a middle man placing the order with the manufacturer/supplier and also don't seem to handle the delivery) - result an email with a "you'll get this in 4-6 weeks", and when following up for more info at week 4 I just got a, "it should be delivered in the next 2 weeks".”

“The most perfect bed for my son. Excellent quality, study and great design. My son loves his new bed. It didn't take too long to build! Customer service was excellent and friendly when a few pieces were a damaged so getting them replaced was quick and easy. Great service and will definitely buy from Room to Grow again.”
