“Great to deal with and would use again customer service always helpful which is why I am a repeat customer. However the roof bars I bought were a right pain to assemble and instructions that came with them were poor.”

“Located company online and many positive reviews. Was able to purchase roof bars and 4x bike carries by entering details of car, then a few simple clicks and products were in their way. Pleasantly surprised when they arrived two days earlier than planned. When fitting the roof bars I had a slight issue with the instructions, despite watching the very handy video the roofbox company put online I was still puzzled by one bit. A quick call and my poor attempt at reading and watching was quickly solved with a 20 second explanation over the phone. The instructions and video made sense it was just me! Great customer service post sale, easy to use website, good communication, quick delivery fair price. Fully recommend.”
