“I could not fault the service they were so helpful after I ordered a wrong part and the refund service and the customer service lady that I dealt with did so quickly and efficiently. The product was good value and we have had may ours of cycling with our four bike on the roof of the car.”

“I needed a replacement for my old roof box which was now discontinued so was unsure as to what model would suit my needs best. I called up the The Roof Box Company and a helpful member of staff walked me through the options and gave her view on the options that best suited my requirements. “After telephone discussion with you I chose the Yakima roofbars due to their load bearing capacity . I’m disappointed that it’s difficult to get my Thule roofbox over the bars , due to the width of them , even when fully opened .”

“Really happy with the quality and price of the box and bars only issue that i have come across is the Alan key screws that attach the roof bars on to the car I ended up rounding the screws off when I attached the roof bars on maybe a different screw would be a good idea”
