“Good service good roof bars”

“Spent £625 on a double dog crate that I was told would fit the new car I was purchasing… it didn’t fit without leaving indentations inside my boot. Told me they could exchange for a smaller double crate which would fit 2 small dogs instead of medium dogs… not sure where I go to exchange my dogs for smaller ones! They asked for photos and was told they would come back to me with a resolution after speaking to ford… I’m still waiting 8 weeks later and the crate is causing more damage to my car interior!”

“Swift response and good product, but unfortunately it was slightly damaged when received, which I assume was done either in a warehouse or in transit. I did not return the item due to its size and the cost to me to return it, but still disappointing all the same.”

“What a fantastic experience. So lucky to come across this company. The website is amazing with sharing there knowledge of roof boxes regarding sizes, brands and types of roof bars. I had no idea there was such a range of items after only ever seeing those on display in Halfords. So please with being able to make the correct choice of what i needed after reading there website and then phoning them up to confirm my new knowledge and them agreeing with what i had chosen for piece of mind. Delivery and pricing again was superb and its nice to be on the road with a box that's different to the rest of the Halfords shoppers”

“Great customer service, and helpful information about their products. Ordering was easy and I did not have to wait to long for delivery. Instalation instructions were easy to follow especially changing the lock barrels. The only down side is where to store it when I have finished holidaying?!!!”

“I've always been impressed with the fast turnaround from Roof Box Company. This time I chose the wrong bike rack but was blown away by the amazing customer service and their 90 day exchange program. Within a couple of days I had a replacement model compatible with my T5 tailgate and was refunded for the original purchase within days of a courier arriving collect the old one. Can't recommend them enough, thank you!”
