“I had never ordered from this company before, I was looking for advice and to purchase a tow ball mounted rack for an e bike, my email was replied to promptly suggesting a certain rack, although I was abroad at the time, I placed my order and it was delivered within 2 days, also I was sent links on how to build and fit it. We're extremely happy with the rack, The Roof Box Company, and their customer service, and highly recommend them !”
