“Speedy delivery and excellent customer support. I'd ordered a new fitting kit for some old Thule Aerobars and only got round to installing them two days before a trip, and realised that they didn't fit the feet. Called customer support, and got the necessary foot pack the next day!”

“Easy web site. Could.do a questions and answer from customer as to the product..eg doni need longer straps for xx type bike reply no should be adequate. Pros and benefits between older model and new. The bike carrier can be added too in the future for a 3rd bike. Simple English. Cord lock system more details showing how it works . Bike clamps as well. All v v good equipment And straight forward to assemble. Add ons eg the cable lock had easy instructions but share that on web site perhaps. Using the phone to speak to Sam was the easiest part of the purchase. Giving part numbers assisted as well and talked me through website.”

“Was happy initially with my purchase for my Ford Ranger as the Wingbar edge, but after fitting I noticed 2 dents in the roof at the very front of the rails where they had been pulled in way too tight when tightened with the supplied torque key. I called for advice/solution and was told to email pics in which I done, to which I've had no reply, email or phone call. I have since spoken to Thule themselves who have now said that the Wingbar Edge is not compatible with my particular variant. When purchasing from Roof-bars.co.uk you are given the option of make model & year, with no mention of variant's compatibility, and as the end user with no expertise in roof bars I would expect at least a note of non-compatibility.”

Hi Scott, we are very sorry to hear that your roof has sustained damage since fitting the roof bars. I have double-checked the application guide and Thule lists the bars we have supplied, as a confirmed fit for your vehicle. I have also checked our emails and we have not received any images of the damage to date. If you would like to contact us at info@roof-bars.co.uk I am happy to look into this further for you as it is extremely uncommon for this to happen if the bars are fitted correctly and not overloaded.
