“I can’t thank the team more. I needed the box and bars within 4 days and paid for next day courier service that the delivery company got wrong. The guys at Roof Bars contacted them for me and personally tracked it and called me to keep me updated. It was delivered a day late but in time for when I needed them and despite not being there fault roof bars refunded the next day delivery charge! Brilliant company to buy from and brilliant customer service”

“The roof box came faulty, with one of the internal runners that the four grips attach to being forced out of place. I managed to get it back into place, however the plastic is not stretched as a result. Additionally, the box has a number of scratches to the exterior. Disappointing given cost of the product.”
