“The online ordering system is very good. I ordered 2 items, a 13 to 7 pin socket and a Thule bike carrier. For some reason they were delivered on seperate days! A part of the bike carrier was damaged on arrival, however a call to Sandis Cee at customer services, pictures of damage sent over and a replacement part ordered ( no quibble at all) and delivered. I believe this to be good customer service.”
