“I feel the door should require a sensor stop as standard. I didn’t realise the door would continue to attempt to close if even a small object was left in the way. I appreciate that the sensor is a sellable add on but as a consumer I’m surprised that the version I have is considered safe. On two occasions a small object has caused the doors motor to continue to close and eventually pull the grips off the track at the top causing some damage. This is a fault in the regs rather than the door. All doors should need a sensor in my opinion and therefore the cheaper version is redundant So as a consumer..buy the sensor basically. As the seller… consider the non sensor being practical”

“Quite an easy DIY fit. A pity that the correct instructions for setting the motor limits were not included which caused some anxiety. Looks good. Works well.”

“Cracking door just what I wanted , never fitted one before but with a bit of planning and common sense me and a mate completed in in under 2 hours. I have had friends ask me to fit one for them . Would buy again due to the quality and specifications as a similar door and spec I was quoted at £ 2835 and £1895”

“We are actually having a problem to set up the operation of the door, by you not including installation instructions in hard copy, trying to fault find in your online instructions is no easy. We are going to have to print off the full installation instructions to see where we might have gone wrong. Not happy at present”

“I needed a roller garage door to replace a new build "up and over" style door. I came across Rollerdor and decided to go for it, I couldn't be happier. It was so simple to fit with just two of us, and is so much better than I expected. It fitted perfectly and is so much more practical opening up so much room in the garage now there's no horrendous bracket taking up half the room. I can now start my motorbike, as soon as I'm out press the down button and away I go. Would 100% recommend Rollerdor (and already have to some of the neighbours)”

“Replaced the motor because a fault developed that meant that the door would go up and down a few inches. After speaking with Matthew at Rollerdoor he convinced me that it was the motor. Purchased at a good price which included delivery, and delivered by DPD on the date promised. Fitting was not difficult but setting the up and down travel required a bit of fiddling with the adjustment tool supplied but the instruction were clear but must be read thoroughly to make sure they are understood. I did however have to adapt the mounting plate to suit my application. I watched an appropriate You Tube video to support the instructions supplied. I wish now I had taken pictures and/or a video to record the event. Payment was bank transfer. Quick and easy.”

“I got my Rollerdor just before lockdown and was so delighted they managed to fit me in before the whole country shut down. It has been a boon, I feel secure and my garage is much warmer. I love the fact that I can drive into the garage and put the door down without getting out of the car. This is great if it's raining but also at night when it's dark. The men who fitted it did a great job, socially distanced and removed the old door and left everything clean. When I lost one of the remotes last year I was able to order another one online and it was delivered quickly. I rang to get help programming it and a very helpful chap talked me through it. I recommended Rollerdor to my neighbour and he is delighted with it too. Well done and thank you.”

“Overall a good door, the lads that delivered the door were friendly and helpful. The door operates well. The only problem I had was when fitting the door I found a lot of scratches on the top of the canopy and some smaller scratches to the uprights, also the motor was mounted on the wrong side to what I specified. I sent pictures to RollerDor and everything I said was brushed aside which I wasn't best pleased about. I wasn't impressed with this after paying extra for a special colour door and canopy a large portion of the top of the canopy was badly scratched.”

“The service is gold star, The fitting an after sale service was excellent, and returned next day when I ordered a open and shutter fob, because I’ve lost the other one, Although the company is based in Norwich their services better than one of our local Ipswich companies installed in 28/07/2015 good value for money. A happy customer”
