“This is the second time I’ve used this company and won’t be the last. From placing order to delivery outstanding customer service. Great product can not fault. I ordered RD 77 in Anthracite Grey as a self fit. Easy to follow instructions and I’m sure had I encountered any problems advice was only a phone call away. Great company I cannot recommend enough. “Recommended by a neighbour a few doors away ... so, took him up on the recommendation - 'sales' visit was very good; on time; polite; knowledgeable etc. Time scale for delivery was very good; arrived at time quoted; took 2 hours to complete; one happy chappy. Door an absolute godsend - very pleased with Rollerdor.”

“Out of the 3 companies I contacted for a quote, Rollerdor were the only ones who showed any interest. The sales team on the telephone were very helpful. The installation date was given at order stage and adhered to. And, whilst I didn't meet the installation team myself, the wife said they were very polite and professional. The door itself is very good. A good quality and neat installation. £500 cheaper than the next quote too.”

“I am very pleased with the service I have received so far with Rollerdor. Someone came out to see me and gave me a quote and booked the fitting. Three weeks later my door was fitted. I was show how to use it and I have found it very easy.”

“Great if all goes well! I have had two doors & apart from the slow expensive delivery they are good. However if you have a problem they are not really interested & unhelpful. Replacement parts are expensive & their system for locating an old order is shameful! let alone the delivery cost & time.”

Regarding your thoughts on slow delivery, we are clear about the delivery time frames that customers can expect for our roller garage doors. All of our garage doors are made to measure at our factory in Norwich and we take great pride in our workmanship and the quality of the doors we produce. With this taken into consideration, most customers are happy to receive their made to measure garage door in a fair time frame like this. I am also sorry to hear that you feel our customer service team have been unhelpful. However, we were able to locate your order in our system from your review immediately. When a customer gets in touch, all we need is your post code or order number so unfortunately, I am unable to comment on that aspect as if the correct information is given, our system is robust enough to retrieve order details.
