“I have had nothing but problems since buying a double garage door via one of the distributors of this companies. The distributor did nothing to solve a problem that is known by Rollerdor. Supplied me a replacement brake mechanism eventually, this after over £200.00 of call out charges as well as £30+ for replacement brackets. Dreadful customer service and no interest in supporting me as a buyer and purchaser of their equipment. There are many other out there, try them first..........”

“The doors fitted have been in constant use now for nearly five years and have given little cause for concern. The fitting was very efficient and the crew made a good job of clearing up afterwards with nothing to complain about. A good job well done.”

“Received the door, easy to install, and a very helpful technical dept on hand, if you require help. Very happy with my door, and the company. I have no doubt any problems in the future would be delt with. A company with good customer after care too.”

“I dented 2 of the slats putting it up the securing screws that hold the bottom slat had to be removed as there was no room to remove them when the door was up in its position the plastic box for the safety stop/reverse pushed into the roll of slats denting 2 of them I also damaged the plastic guides. I contacted Rollerdor I explained the problem and I was sent out 2 new slats and guides Rollerdor were very helpful, I had to pay for them as the damage was my fault I was fitting it on my own NOT recommended, this should be a warning to others Don't push up on the bottom slat and fit with 2 people.”

“Installed in September 2016, the door has been inoperative on 7 occasions. When working, the door is fine but my previous roller door worked non stop for 20 years without a problem. Although repaired (call out charge £75 plus parts) I still do not have an explanation as to why the door has proved unreliable.”

“Very happy with the door and delivery works fine and easy to fit and nice looking remotes which is a nice feature some I’ve seen are not so nice the motor is a little louder than I wanted and that makes me wonder how long it would last but as a whole very happy and would use rollerdor again”
