“Door fitted quickly and works well. Minor issues that I would have addressed if I had been available to inspect the work before the engineer left suggest that its basically good and at a decent price but could have been a bit better in terms of finishing off the details: (1) Wiring to the nearest plug was messy. (2) large (2cms) draft gaps at the top of the unit needed filling with a bit of wood to complete weather sealing. (3) the gap around the vertical edge of the side fittings was left open so I had to fill it with sealant myself, again a bit of important finishing to effect a draft proof seal. These little points sound picky but I had expected a bit more finishing the job to have been included but for the price I am a happy customer with the work done and now its finished I would recommended them to others with the caveat to be ready to supervise the finish or be ready to do a bit of draft proofing at the end yourself. As it was significantly cheaper than a comparable system a neighbor bought from another company I am happy about the end result.”

“A good, well priced product. I needed to modify the end spindle in order to replace my Somfi, but it was quite easy. A proper adapter would have been better though.”

“After getting some samples from rollerdor that were sent quickly, we were delivered quickly we ordered a door. Great price and came with manual override which other companies make you pay for. Easy install following video, looks and performs brilliantly, very impressed. Only downside is the security, but that is rollerdoors in general and not specific to rollerdor. Recommended!”

“I have the low profile 40mm slats version and it looks great, has a relatively quiet action and very easy to install, took my wife and I about an hour. One tip, on the closing setting don't let the roller go too far (like I did) as the upper hinge mechanism will fold back and is a pain to rectify, I had to remove one to snap it back into position. My one criticism... I think the screws used to secure the guide rails to the wall could have been larger, i.e. 50*6 (12mm head) instead of 50*5 (10mm head), I will be replacing them when I remove the roller to board the ceiling.”

“I was very pleased with the service Rollerdoor provided from the very beginning. When I called to obtain a quote, every question I asked they had the information I needed to know, and compared to a lot of other places I phoned they seemed the most professional. I liked the fact the day before fitting they called to confirm it was all still ok. The team that installed the door were very polite efficient and left the garage clean and tidy. The price I paid for the quality of the door was superb. I have already passed there number onto three friends and neighbors, I would recommend them anytime. Darren Traisneau”

“Just MINOR comments: 1/. For an all white door its a pity the motor cable wasn't white also instead of black. 2/. Some fitting suggestions for the outer cover must be nice. I realise that basically one is going to use rivets or clips (of some sort - but it doesn't say so). All in all a good product at a good price. Thanks. M. Barnes.”

“DIY fixing was straight forward. Rear fixing. If I did it again I would fix the guides straight to the wall with 75mm screw and wall anchor sets. Lay unit on floor with guides in position first to check demensions. First fit one guide, position unit, fit second guide.”
