“The service received from Roller door has been excellent. Polite, helpful office staff, who arranged the order and helped in the measuring process. They kept in touch with progress and fitting dates. The fitters arrived within the scheduled time, even telephoned 30 mins prior to arrival to let us know. The door was fitted quickly, efficiently and the fitters were polite and helpful. They took all rubbish including the old garage door and leaving the areas cleaner than when they found it. Finally the product is an excellent quality roller garage door. All in all, an amazing service and product and I will recommend to anyone thinking of this kind of door.”

“The RD55 economic diy was such good value and I was hesitant to buy 2 in case they were not very good! How wrong could I be? They turned out to be as good, if not better than ones costing 4 times as much! Fitting them was straightforward, although time consuming, but the finished job is very pleasing. My thanks go to Colin who was most helpful with my measurements and to the staff who helped to squeeze 2 doors into my YarIs!”

“Hi I have been in the building trade for forty years as a carpenter and have installed loads of different garage doors over the years and I must say the rollerdor is one I would recommend. Easy to fit and work like a dream, no problems. Bob Gordon.”

“I had a problem with my electric door and the guy who doffed it really was not helpful .When I contacted rollerdor the guy was excellent and could not help enough ,very professional company will definitely get my door from them next time .Many thanks Steve Handley”

“The 50N/m Tubular Motor with Manual Override was exactly as advertised and arrived within a couple of days of ordering. The installation wasn't difficult and the instructions were sufficiently clear for me to replace my failing 20N/m motor, without too much difficulty. My parents-in-law have yet to purchase any items from Rollerdor, but have called for advice and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. The only negative comment I have isn't directed at Rollerdor, but the courier used. The package was left by a dustbin (in open view) and a note posted through the letterbox - rather than being left with a neighbour. Fortunately the item was still there when I arrived home!”

“Good quality door smooth operation. Only negative was it has considerably reduced headroom into entrance of garage. Despite measurements being sent. Think some advice as to how much exactly headroom would be restricted by would be most useful.”

“Excellent service simple and easy to install really pleased with door, in retrospect would have ordered door a couple of inches wider than the opening as the brickwork was not very even and I had to fill down the edge of the track. This would not been as apparent if track had been set in from the opening an inch or so. Having said that am still very happy with the door.”

“Excellent service all along, fitter came and measured to confirm measurements I'd already taken were correct. Door was ordered and available very quickly. Fitment was also offered on a Sunday which was unexpected but welcome as this meant I didn't need to take a day of work. Fitment was completed quickly and staff were very pleasant and ensured all the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Rollerdor in the future and not consider anyone else. I've already recommended to next door neighbour who was impressed with the installation and price.”
